With the comment, “This is a dude!” the X account for Libs of TikTok has endorsed a move by the Department of Health and Human Services to identify Richard Levine, a man who served in Joe Biden’s administration, as Richard Levine.
Biden routinely had identified him as “Rachel” as the guy claims to be a woman.
The comment from Libs of TikTok continued, “If the truth hurts, seek help.”

HHS changed Richard Levine’s name back to Richard after the Biden admin referred to him as “Rachel.”

Fox News reported HHS had altered the official portrait of Levine to display his name, Richard.
He served Biden as an assistance secretary for health but largely spent his time promoting the LGBT lifestyle choices, specifically transgenderism to include giving chemicals to children, even body mutilating surgeries.
“Our priority is ensuring that the information presented internally and externally by HHS reflects gold standard science. We remain committed to reversing harmful policies enacted by Levine and ensuring that biological reality guides our approach to public health,” HHS spokesperson Andrew Nixon said in a statement.
