Probe of Rep. Tlaib warns of risks to the ‘integrity’ of U.S. government * WorldNetDaily * by Bob Unruh

Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich.

Rep. Rashida Tlaib, a Democrat from Michigan, has been known as an extremist for the duration of her tenure in Congress.

Now there’s even a warning about the “potential risks” she offers to the government, because of her politics and related actions.

“Through public endorsement, co-sponsorship, and amplification, Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib has consistently engaged with a range of organizations known to maintain operational or ideological ties to terrorist networks,” explains a new briefing about an investigation into Tlaib.

“Tlaib has engaged with and disseminated the messaging of these groups and has shared related content on social media platforms, has participated in events organized by these groups, and has referenced their terminology and conceptual frameworks in official congressional communications.”

It is Fox News that has reported on the new “comprehensive” briefing document from the Institute for the Study of Global Antisemitism and Policy about Tlaib.

It raises concerns about “serious ethical and national security concerns” related to Tlaib and her associations with people and groups “linked to designated foreign terrorist entities.”

“The conduct of Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib, including her rhetoric, affiliations, campaign infrastructure, and ideological alignment with certain individuals and organizations, raises serious concerns about potential risks to the ethical and institutional integrity of the United States government,” the report said.

In fact, it charges there is a recurring pattern of behavior by Tlaib that “suggests an ideological affinity for radical movements, ranging from participation in conferences featuring convicted terrorists to significant campaign payments made to activists linked to Hamas and Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine-aligned networks.”

For instance, her campaign “apparatus” has sent almost $600,000 to Unbought Power, a consulting firm run by Rasha Mubarak, who is suspected of work with the Council on American-Islamic Relations, a group named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the 2009 Holy Land Foundation terror-financing case.

And she has shared a stage with an individual who called the October 7 Hamas terrorist attack on Israel, in which hundreds of civilians were slaughtered, as “resistance.”

The House of Representatives has been pushed into situations where members already have taken action against her twice.

She was censured in 2023 for promoting alleged false narratives about that Hamas terror attack on Israel, and then her name appeared again in 2025 after she appeared at the “People’s Conference for Palestine,” where the agenda included whitewashing of convicted Hamas financiers, the report said.

The brief calls for a congressional investigation into her conduct to include reviews of her public statements that appear to align with terrorists, her attendance at related events, and more.

The report noted, “Additionally, the briefing asks the Department of Justice’s National Security Division to conduct a legal review to determine if Tlaib or her affiliates have violated 18 U.S. Code §2339B, which prohibits providing material support to foreign terrorist organizations.”

The money she has accepted also should be reviewed to see if any came from people tied to terror.
