Evidence from files in her case show the campaign orchestrated by Fulton County, Georgia, prosecutor Fani Willis against President Donald Trump and others was coordinated with the Joe Biden White House and the Democrats who were running the committee to “investigate” the Jan. 6, 2021, protest and riot at the U.S. Capitol.
Willis assembled a wild series of claims against Trump and others claiming they were engaged in an organized crime scheme by questioning the processes and results of the 2020 president election.
Her own conflicts of interest prompted her case to be thrown out and now, even though she had no compunction about filing charges that required the defendants to spend lots of money hiring defense counsel, she’s fighting the requirements of a state law that she reimburse those she falsely accused for their millions of dollars in legal fees.
Now a report at Just the News reveals the publication, along with America First Legal, got access to 8,000 pages of documents in the fight, showing Joe Biden waived Trump’s executive privilege “specifically to aid Georgia prosecutors.”
Further, the Biden Department of Justice and the White House, as well the Democrats on the J6 committee, were in the loop as Willis “built a failed criminal case,” the report said.
The documents reveal Biden’s top lawyer personally helped Willis to pressure Trump and his White House officials by waiving certain executive rights to set up those interviews before a state grand jury.
Further, Willis’ team expressed gratitude to the partisan committee assembled by then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi for all the “amazing things” they accomplished.
Just the News and America First Legal sued Willis for the records and won access under Georgia’s Open Records Law despite Willis’ attempt to hide them.
Her office just dropped privilege claims, freeing the documents for release.
“These documents reveal that the Biden Administration and the January 6 Committee were much more involved in District Attorney Fani Willis’s prosecution of President Trump than was previously believed. AFL was happy to represent Just the News to get Americans this new information,” explained AFL lawyer Will Scolinos.
The evidence now confirms a “cozy relationship” between staff members running the Biden and Willis schemes against Trump, and the fact there was a meeting between Willis’ paramour and hired legal strategist Nathan Wade, and the White House.
A major gift from Biden to Willis was that officials in the administration waived executive privilege for a former president, so that his staff members could not decline to testify.
Interesting, the privilege they waived for Trump was the same as what they used to benefit themselves in the investigation of the botched “Fast and Furious” gunrunning scheme.
JOHN SOLOMON: We have finally acquired thousands of pages of documents with the help of @America1stLegal that prove that Fani Willis was in deep collusion with the DOJ, Jan. 6 Democrats, and Joe Biden’s White House against Donald Trump.@jsolomonReports pic.twitter.com/w20LIOanMb

“It has been known for years that Biden waived Trump’s executive privilege for the congressional inquiry and the federal prosecution of Trump led by Special Counsel Jack Smith, but the Georgia memo appears to be the first document to show how Biden extended that waiver in coordination with a prosecution at the state level,” the report said.
Willis ultimately made the wild claim that, “Trump and the other defendants charged in this indictment refused to accept that Trump lost, and they knowingly and willfully joined a conspiracy to unlawfully change the outcome of the election in favor of Trump.”
The charge was almost identical to the one made by Jack Smith, a lawyer appointed by Democrats to carry a large portion of their lawful battles against Trump. His cases later were dismissed.
One document shows Willis’ office going directly to Rep. Bennie Thompson, D-Miss., the chief of Pelosi’s committee, stating, “Our office is currently engaged in an ongoing investigation related to possible criminal disruptions that occurred during the administration of the 2020 general elections in Georgia. As we discussed, my team and I would like a brief audience with Congressman Thompson related to the aforementioned subject matter.”
Republicans in the U.S. House later investigated Willis’ collaboration with Washington officials.
As many of us argued from the jump, Fani was colluding with the Biden WH, the Biden DOJ, and the J6 Committee.
Now the documents have come out providing that to be true.
They were withheld from the GA defendants on spurious privilege grounds. A disgracehttps://t.co/PlapMv57zE
