The golden age of President Donald Trump has many perks. As Trump and his administration tear down many Biden-era rules and regulations, and also implement policies that truly put America and Americans first, there is also the added bonus of watching the Democrat party fumble and flail about with no direction and no message. With 2028 on the horizon and the 2026 midterm elections looming even closer, Democrats might just be beginning to panic. But embracing things like being pro-crime and the transgender agenda may be the least of their worries. The New York mayoral election is rapidly turning into their biggest headache.
Don’t stop there! Every single Democrat “leader” or wanna-be leader should be asked if they support Mamdani.
AOC blasts Jeffries, Schumer for dragging their feet on endorsing socialist Mamdani https://t.co/UKW9VABWYb

On Wednesday, the de facto head of the Democrat party, and definite head of the far-left wing of the party, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), called out party leaders for not yet endorsing the socialist (communist) Democratic candidate Zohran Mamdani. The race is looking promising for Mamdani, who, according to not just the latest polls but also in every hypothetical situation where certain candidates might drop out of the race, has a commanding lead.
However, Democratic Party leaders, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), have yet to make any endorsement announcement. And it is making AOC more than a little bit testy. She stated:
“I am very concerned about the example that is being set by anybody in our party — in that, I believe that we must set the example of supporting the party’s nominee. If an individual doesn’t want to support the party’s nominee now, it complicates their ability to ask voters to support any nominee later, whether that is mayoral, presidential, what have you. And so I think for the good of the party, we must put our differences aside and support our party’s nominee.”
Both Schumer and Jeffries were asked about impending endorsements for Mamdani during the Democrats’ weekly press conference on Tuesday. Schumer says he plans to meet with him “soon.” Jeffries was asked, “What’s taking you so long to support him [Mamdani]? What do you need to hear from him to get behind the nominee from your party?” All Jeffries would say was, “Stay tuned.”
The candidacy of Zohran Mamdani has created a world of problems, both politically and professionally, for Schumer and Jeffries. AOC has been batted about as a possible 2028 presidential candidate, but before that could happen, she has also been mentioned as a possible primary candidate against Schumer. That outcome does not bode well for Chuck. AOC is well ahead of him in a poll of likely Democrat voters, 54-33 percent.
Everybody had a kid in their class growing up who ate paste.
The problem is that Zohran Mamdani and Rep. Ocasio-Cortez both grew up to be the leaders of today’s Democratic Party—and the rest of the party has no idea what to do.https://t.co/KSWq760LN2

Schumer and Jeffries have spent the bulk of their time making sure they don’t anger the far left wing of the Democrat party, which is rapidly becoming the whole party. But as the November 4 election gets closer, Schumer and Jeffries, already backed into a corner and forced to support the far-left ideas of the far-left wing, are going to be forced to endorse Mamdani, a self-described socialist who supports ideas that could only be described as communist. A non-endorsement would inflame the far left of the party.
The best part is, they know it. They also know what kind of effect a Mamdani endorsement will have in 2026. Voters are already seeing that Democrats, by opposing President Donald Trump’s deployment of the National Guard to crime-ridden cities like Chicago and possibly New Orleans, make them, for all intents and purposes, pro-crime. An endorsement of the guy who wants to set up government-run grocery stores and recently came out in favor of a $30 minimum wage by 2030, which would crush small businesses, could almost be a death knell for the party. But because those are not AOC’s problems, she just doesn’t get it.
Schumer and Jeffries can run, but they can’t hide from an eventual Mamdani endorsement. National Republican Congressional Committee spokesman Mike Marinella said it best about Jeffries, “It is now not a question of if, but when ‘Leader’ Jeffries will cave to the radical, socialist mob.”
.@AOC, when asked abt Jeffries & Schumer not endorsing Mamdani:

Editor’s Note: Zohran Mamdani is an avowed Democratic Socialist and has a real chance to become the next mayor of New York City.
