Leftists in this country have become so gross, so obscene—banging on pots and pans while rooting for terrorists over hostages, lying down in traffic, throwing blood on buildings, and harassing normal folk—that we’ve almost gotten used to it.
They keep finding ways to sink lower, however, and on Wednesday, they managed to do just that. As our Katie Jerkovich reported, Vice President JD Vance and his wife Usha went to Minneapolis to pay their respects to the victims and families of the horrific mass shooting at Annunciation Catholic Church by a transgender psycho. The tragedy left two children dead and over a dozen injured and broke the hearts of countless Americans across the country.
If there were ever a time to turn off the impulse to politicize events, this was it. I deplore former President Joe Biden and everything he did to this country—and yet it would never occur to me to heckle him at such a somber, tragic moment as this.
Decency, it seems, is a concept that the left has chosen to jettison altogether:

Despite the morally bankrupt psychos outside, JD and Usha met with the families and prayed, and were profoundly moved by the tragedy and power of the day.

As Katie reported, Vance had one request for the American people: please say a prayer.
Vance later spoke with reporters after meeting with the parents of victims of the school shooting.
“So, I’d ask a couple of things straight from the parents…and families to my fellow Americans,” Vance said. “First of all, while two kids lost their lives, there’s still one kid that’s in very serious condition. And every single family…said, ‘Please say a prayer.'”
“So to my fellow Americans, if you are the praying type, say a prayer for this innocent girl who’s actually in surgery right now,” he added, that the swelling will go down and she will be okay. Because she’s still in a fight for her life.”
That’s leadership, compassion and decency.
Democrat leaders, on the other hand, including Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), California’s zealot governor Gavin Newsom, D-list brainless wonders like Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) and so many more have ramped up the violent, hateful rhetoric to 11 that it’s almost not surprising that we’re seeing leftists heckling outside a memorial to slain children. I’m checking my thesaurus, but there are simply not enough words to describe my disgust.
