The last of the “bogus” claims, including those fabricated by Kamala Harris as a state official in California, against an undercover abortion industry reporter now are gone.
David Daleiden, who was an organizing force behind the videos from a decade back that revealed the abortion industry leaders’ financial motives in abortion, and exposed some of the Planned Parenthood operatives as cashing in, made the announcement on X.
🚨⚖️As promised, the final charge has been DISMISSED and the case completely expunged—
—after a couple months’ administrative delay, and a truly bizarre last-minute “April Fool’s” attempt by @PPFA and @NatAbortionFed to overturn the State’s agreement.

One of the more famous quotes from an abortionist caught on video at the time was that she wanted more money for the baby body parts she retrieved from aborted infants and sent to researchers because, “I want a Lamborghini.”
A report at LifeNews outlined the “bogus criminal” counts that erupted against Daleiden, and confirmed the expungement is “the final step in a victory for the pro-life advocate who exposed Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry for selling the body parts of aborted babies.”
Dalieden wrote, “As promised, the final charge has been DISMISSED and the case completely expunged—after a couple months’ administrative delay, and a truly bizarre last-minute ‘April Fool’s’ attempt by @PPFA and @NatAbortionFed to overturn the State’s agreement.”
It was the final action in a resolution to the dispute that developed a year ago involving Daleiden and undercover reporter Sandra Merritt.
Involved was no jail time, no fines, no admission of wrongdoing, no probation, only a “no contest” plea to misdemeanor video recording which was then converted to a “not guilty” plea, dismissed and expunged from the records.
Earlier charges had been dropped for lack of probable cause.
Harris was California attorney general when the state’s attack on the reporters was assembled.
When the settlement outline was adopted a year ago, Daleiden said, “After enduring 9 years of weaponized political prosecution, putting an end to the lawfare launched by Kamala Harris is a huge victory for my investigative reporting and for the public’s right to know the truth about Planned Parenthood’s sale of aborted baby body parts. Now we all must get to work to protect families and infants from the criminal abortion-industrial complex.”
His lawyer, Steve Cooley, charged, “In my 5 decades as an attorney, 40 years of which were as a prosecutor, I have never seen such a blatant exercise of selective investigation and vindictive prosecution. The California Attorneys General who initiated this case and pursued it for nearly 10 years should be ashamed for weaponizing their office to pursue people who were merely exposing illegality associated with the harvesting and sale of fetal body parts,.”
One of the results of the video work was a $7.8 million settlement in which two companies admitted illegally selling aborted baby parts obtained from Planned Parenthood abortion centers in Southern California, the report said.
LifeNews said, “The resulting exposure accurately painted Planned parenthood as a money-hungry abortion business whose top executive were caught repeatedly on undercover videos talking about buying Lamborghinis and altering abortion procedures to get aborted baby parts to sell to research firms and universities ranging from the University of Pittsburgh to Colorado State University.”

Very happy that the awful charges by then AG Kamala Harris against David Daleiden have been dismissed. I covered his witch-hunt 11 years ago – he was punished for revealing Planned Parenthood affiliates were selling aborted baby parts for profit. https://t.co/1PxhqjSPzT

WorldNetDaily reported that President Donald Trump took action when he took office.
He ordered the end of the use of human fetal tissue in all federally funded research arenas.
“NIH is pushing American biomedical science into the 21st century,” National Institutes of Health chief Jay Bhattacharya said. “This decision is about advancing science by investing in breakthrough technologies more capable of modeling human health and disease. Under President Trump’s leadership, taxpayer-funded research must reflect the best science of today and the values of the American people.”
A report from the Daily Wire explained the NIH, effective immediately, no longer will allow its funds to be used for research projects that involve the fetal tissues of aborted infants.
All NIH grants, cooperative arrangements, transaction awards, development contracts, and research projects are included.
The pro-life movement in America long has sought such an action acknowledging the dignity of the unborn, whose pieces parts long have been sold by abortionists and bought by researchers.
The NIH’s ruling now means it will “not fund any research involving tissue from aborted babies,” the report said.
