There was some crazy action at the ICE facility, Delaney Hall, in Newark on Thursday night.
That’s the facility the three House Democrats were trying to get into when they caused a ruckus. Now, Rep. LaMonica McIver (D-NJ) is facing assault charges in that prior incident.

Now it seems some of those detainees that the Democrats wanted to check on banded together to push down a wall, and some may have escaped.
At least four migrant detainees are unaccounted for after a riot broke out at a US Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention center in Newark, NJ, where detainees took control of parts of the facility, according to sources and reports.
Multiple migrant detainees are unaccounted for and possibly escaped from the Delaney Hall Detention Facility after as many as 50 staged a revolt and pushed down a wall of a dormitory room inside the center, NJ.com reported.
They also reportedly tied bed sheets together in an apparent escape effort. They were allegedly upset over issues having to do with food. Authorities did regain control of the facilities, and a manhunt was underway for the unaccounted-for detainees.

ABC said they were using plastic barricades.

Baraka had been arrested at the facility during the infamous incident with the House Democrats in May. He was later released, and charges were dropped. He is now suing U.S. Attorney for New Jersey Alina Habba.
