
Andrew Wolfe, the National Guardsman who has been fighting for his life since being shot last Wednesday, is showing some signs of improvement.
West Virginia Gov. Patrick Morrisey gave an update Monday, saying he’s in serious condition, and has been able to communicate in some form, being able to give a thumbs-up and wiggle his toes when asked to do so by his nurse.
