President Donald Trump has promised the rogue Islamic regime that an “armada” is on its way to the Middle East “just in case.”

“I’d rather not see anything happen but we’re watching them very closely,” Trump made in comments while returning from the World Economic Forum in Switzerland.

“Lots of ships” are moving that direction.

“We have an armada heading in that direction and maybe we won’t have to use it.”

Among those vessels dispatched is the USS Abraham Lincoln and several guided missile destroyers.

Iran has been under a near-total internet blackout for weeks now as protests have erupted across the nation. The repressive regime has responded with executions.

Iran itself has confirmed 3,117 people were killed, blaming most of the deaths on “terrorists,” but the Human Rights Activists News Agency confirmed the executions of 5,002 people including children.

A report at the Daily Mail said recent military movements have seen U.S. F-15 Strike Eagles arrive in Jordan “as part of a broader strategic buildup that includes the westward transit of the USS Abraham Lincoln Carrier Strike Group.”

The naval group includes destroyers, F-35 stealth fighters and electronic-jamming aircraft.

Trump’s comments included his description that Iran’s tactics are “from a thousand years ago.”

“This is an ancient culture. I said if you hang those people, you’re going to get hit harder than you’ve ever been hit. It’ll make what we did to your Iran nuclear deal look like peanuts,” he said.

He said Iran did not hang more than 800 people because of his interactions. Iran has denied this.

He condemned the regime’s reaction to protests: “Well, we hope there’s not going to be further action, but, you know, they’re shooting people indiscriminately in the streets.”

The U.S. recently orchestrated a bombing attack on Iran’s nuclear program.

“‘We hit them hard, the B–2 bombers. They were unbelievable, those things, that they were totally undetectable… with no moon, in the dark of night, late in the evening, every single one of those bombs, and they’re giants, every single one of those bombs hit its targets and just obliterated the place.”
