The Republican Party in the United States has gone to court – all over – to battle cheating in American elections.

Republican National Committee chairman Joe Gruters confirmed during an interview that the party has pending 130 lawsuits across 32 states “to block Democrats from cheating in the elections.”

And, he said, more are coming.

“The Democrats are trying to cheat every single day. That’s why we have to have 130 lawsuits. We’re bringing the hammer wherever we can. Thirty-two states, we have lawsuits because the Democrats are trying to cheat every single day,” he said.

“It doesn’t matter if it’s redistricting. It doesn’t matter if what they’ve done is they’ve allowed tens of millions of illegals to come across our border. And they’re trying to figure out ways to get them to vote.”

He said the Republican Party is “putting people in place. We already hired staff in 17 states. But we’re going to continue our strong litigation effort to make sure we beat back these Democrats and their efforts that have been ongoing for decades in terms of trying to steal elections.”

A report at the Gateway Pundit noted, “The announcement comes as President Donald Trump recently vowed to unleash a much larger ‘Election Integrity Army’ than the one Republicans used in 2024, signaling that the GOP is preparing for an all-out legal and ground-game fight over ballot security, vote counting, and election procedures in battleground states.”

Gruters said Trump told him “We’ve got to make sure our elections are safe and secure.”

There’s been abundant evidence that election integrity is an issue that America needs to address, as unqualified or dead voters have been added to voter rolls in numerous states.

Government watchdog Judicial Watch has pursued a series of lawsuits against states, demanding that they remove unqualified voters from their election rolls, with significant success.
