
A state senator behind Virginia’s radical redistricting agenda, where Democrats with support from about half the voters are demanding more than 90% of the state’s congressional seats, has had her office raided by the FBI.

Published reports said the FBI confirmed agents executed a court-authorized federal search warrant in that area but they did not mention specifically the name of Virginia Senate President Pro Tempore L Louise Lucas, a Democrat and close ally of the state’s governor, Abigail Spanberger.
Reports also suggested the raid is one component of an investigation of “corruption.”

According to a report at WTVR, search warrants apparently involving multiple locations in close proximity were issued.
Lucas is the top official in the state Senate, and a leader in the Democrats’ redistricting agenda.
