Federal authorities in New Jersey have charged four non-citizens with illegally voting in multiple federal elections—including the 2020 presidential race, 2022 midterms, and 2024 contest—while simultaneously making false statements on their applications for U.S. citizenship.
FBI Director Kash Patel highlighted the indictments on X, which underscore clear vulnerabilities in the voter registration and naturalization processes.
But don’t fret, folks. It’s not evidence of widespread voter fraud, the left will tell you, and therefore should be, and will be, ignored by the media and the resistance ‘saving democracy’ rubes.
“As alleged, the defendants broke federal law by voting in elections they were not eligible to participate in, and then made false statements under oath to conceal that conduct,” said U.S. Attorney Robert Frazer.

Today out of @FBINewark: Four individuals have been charged with illegally voting in federal elections and making false statements applying for U.S. citizenship.
The individuals – all noncitizens – voted in elections including the 2020 Presidential election, 2022 midterms, and 2024 Presidential election cycles.
More to come. Thank you to our investigators and partners for their great work in the case. @DAGToddBlanche
Non-Citizen Not Only Charged With Illegally Voting in Kansas, He Was the Mayor of a City: Report
The individuals—David Neewilly (73), Jacenth Beadle Exum (70), Idan Choresh (43), and Abhinandan Vig (33)—were charged in separate criminal complaints with illegally voting in federal elections after falsely claiming U.S. citizenship on their voter registration forms.
They were also slapped with charges for making false statements on their N-400 citizenship applications by denying that they had voted.
“This administration will not tolerate aliens who attempt to vote in our elections when they know they are not eligible,” Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche said in a statement. “As alleged, these green card holders lied in order to register to vote and then lied again to immigration authorities by falsely claiming never to have voted in a federal election.”
“This Justice Department will use every authority to protect the integrity of U.S. elections, including by prosecuting any noncitizens who lie about their legal status in an attempt to vote.”

There have been several examples of non-citizens voting in elections that have been covered here at RedState.
- A Pakistani citizen, living in Pakistan, was charged in a large election fraud scheme involving non-citizen registration and ballot harvesting in California. He was sentenced to three years in prison.
- Mexican national Jose Ceballos, the former mayor of Coldwater, was charged with illegally voting in multiple elections in Kansas since 2022.
- Chinese national Haoxiang Gao was charged with illegally voting in the 2024 presidential election in Michigan while a university student.
- Iraqi national Akeel Abdul Jamiel was charged with illegal voting in the 2020 election in New York.
This is but a small sampling, according to the New York Post, which reported on numerous examples of non-citizens allegedly voting in US elections, “sometimes for decades, with many remaining listed as active voters on state rolls, even after their convictions.”
Those examples, and this latest case in New Jersey, exemplify exactly why it is so critical to pass the SAVE America Act without further delay.
The Act would require documentary proof of citizenship for federal voter registration, strengthen state-federal data sharing, and impose tangible penalties on jurisdictions that enable non-citizen voting. It would deter election fraud and, perhaps most importantly, restore public confidence in our elections.
Democrats don’t care for that. They’re perfectly content to let non-citizens test the system, like raptors testing the fencing in Jurassic Park. Problem being, both the dinosaurs and the illegal voters somehow keep finding ways to breach the system.
Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD) needs to find a way to get the SAVE America Act over the finish line. Republicans, and Americans of every political persuasion, really, should demand nothing less.
Editor’s Note: The Democrats are doing everything in their power to undermine the integrity of our elections.
