U.S. Rep. Pramila Jayapal, D-Wash., has confessed on video to working with other nations to try to arrange oil deliveries in Cuba in open defiance of President Donald Trump’s embargo, an embargo he is entitled to set as the chief officer for America’s foreign relations.

Jayapal, a member of the far-left “Squad” in Congress intent on turning America socialist with all of that ideology’s problems, made her remarks at a town hall speaking event just days ago.

She confirmed, “I was in conversations with the ambassadors from Mexico and some other places, and I know other countries in Latin America are trying to figure out how to get oil there.”

“It is a crisis beyond imagination,” she added.

She said to her knowledge Russia also is intending to send another tanker to Cuba.

The Post Millennial said, “The congresswoman equated the sanctions to an ‘economic bombing of the infrastructure of Cuba,’ stating her opinion that ‘it is illegal’ and ‘against international law.’”

The report, however, pointed out that as a member of the U.S. House, her sworn allegiance is to U.S. law, not international law.

Trump’s executive order regarding Cuba dates back to January, when his order announced tariffs on “goods from countries that sell or otherwise provide oil to Cuba.”

Trump a year ago issued a National Security Presidential Memorandum to ensure the “engagement between the United States and Cuba advances the interests of the United States and the Cuban people.”
